Founded in 1978, Arba has provided investment banking services to Israeli and international corporate and private clients.

The focus of its activities has evolved over time: from financing of international aircraft transactions in its beginnings, to export finance, investments in venture capital and private equity.

All along it maintained its traditional M&A activity having acted as the banker for such landmark deals as the acquisition la La Caja de Ahorro y Seguros, one of South America’s largest insurance companies, or the sale of the controlling interest in the Israel Corporation, Israel’s leading industrial holding company.

Arba works in close cooperation with leading international financial firms.

Arba maintains a long term interest in a number of companies in which it has varying degrees of involvement.

Arba has been appointed exclusive advisor to the London based Threadneedle Investments, one of the world’s leading active asset managers, in connection with the distribution of their funds to Israel’s institutional investors.
